Clerk's Journal
The Clerk’s Office maintains a journal—or record—of all of the orders issued by the Supreme Court.
In January 2007, the office began maintaining the journal in electronic format for all orders issued
in Supreme Court cases and in continuing legal education enforcement proceedings before the 2008
reporting period. To locate a particular order in the electronic journal, you may search by the number
or name of the case in which the order was issued. You may also search by the year and month when the
order was issued. You do not need to complete every box. Once the order is located, click on the icon
to view an image of the order. Orders scanned prior to April 6, 2009, may not bear the signature of the
Chief Justice. These online orders are identical to the original orders in all other respects. To view
the online docket of the case in which the order was issued, click on the case name.
